If Phrasery does not work as expected inside Canva, the following information helps us troubleshoot:
- a short description of the issue,
- whether you are using Phrasery on desktop or on a mobile device,
- which browser you are using (e.g. Chrome, Edge, Firefox),
- screenshots or a short screen recording, if possible.
Questions about subscriptions & payments
Payments are processed through our payment provider Stripe. If you have questions about your subscription, invoices, or charges, please email us and include:
- the email address or account name you use in Canva, and
- a clear description of your question.
