If Phrasery does not work as expected inside Canva, the following information helps us troubleshoot:

  • a short description of the issue,
  • whether you are using Phrasery on desktop or on a mobile device,
  • which browser you are using (e.g. Chrome, Edge, Firefox),
  • screenshots or a short screen recording, if possible.

Questions about subscriptions & payments

Payments are processed through our payment provider Stripe. If you have questions about your subscription, invoices, or charges, please email us and include:

  • the email address or account name you use in Canva, and
  • a clear description of your question.
